1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReVoltly AI ("the Service"), operated by Infinite Expertise (ABN registered in Australia), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReVoltly AI provides an AI-powered solar energy savings calculator and advisor for homeowners and businesses in Australia and Pakistan. The Service generates indicative estimates based on publicly available tariff data and statistical models. Results are not financial advice.

3. Free Tier

The free tier of ReVoltly AI includes:

  • Up to 3 solar savings calculations
  • Up to 3 AI advisor questions per calculation
  • Basic savings estimate and report
  • Ad-supported experience

Free tier limits may be updated at any time with reasonable notice.

4. ReVoltly Pro Subscription

ReVoltly Pro is a paid subscription available to Australian users at:

  • Monthly: $9.00 AUD per month
  • Annual: $79.00 AUD per year (billed annually)

Pro includes: unlimited calculations, unlimited AI questions, PDF report export, ad-free experience, and saved results. Additional features including battery storage calculator are in development and will be added to Pro at no extra charge.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Account page or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

  • Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account reverts to the free tier at the end of the billing period

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • If you are charged after cancellation due to a technical error
  • If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours in a billing period
  • Within 7 days of your first subscription payment if you are not satisfied

To request a refund, contact support@revoltlyai.tech with your account email and reason.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits through technical means
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service's data or outputs at scale
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Use the AI advisor to generate harmful or misleading content

8. Intellectual Property

ReVoltly AI, its design, code, and content are owned by Infinite Expertise. The solar savings estimates generated for you are yours to use for personal and business decision-making purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReVoltly AI provides estimates only. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on our estimates. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
